Comfortable , helpful and friendly staff
Stayed here for 4 days to visit MotoGP in Mugello, Staff were very helpful, English spoken and excellent restaurant.

Art Museo Hotel Prato
Staff here were wonderful - very helpful, for instance supplying me with a kettle and mugs for my room which is not standard. Great with helping with directionds, recommendations and suggestions. The hotel is clean, comfortable and easy to stay at. The bus to Florence takes half an hour and the stop is across the road. Prato itself is lovely - a pretty Italian town well worth a visit.
