Great! But the construction has to go....
I understand there is apartment housing going up, but the construction is very unattractive and looks like it’s been going on a while. Just hurry that up and everything will be great! Bonus beach access, didn’t even realize. Wonderful job, and way cheaper than the surrounding hotels!

Looking forward to visiting again next year!
The Sunshine Suites resort is a gem among the mega expensive resorts that line 7 mile beach. This place is clean, very friendly and the Sunshine Grill has some of the best/freshest mahi-mahi fish tacos I have ever tasted. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this resort if you are looking to save a few bucks, but be across the street from the beach. Their pool is lovely and their free breakfast is nice, considering it is free.
