Love the Big Easy
Checked in on a Saturday and was placed in room close to Street. Oh well who goes to the French Quarter to sleep on Saturday night. Small suite...Large picture fell....Next morning Staff was very helpful to put us in a nicer room. Although that room had a towel bar come loose from the wall. Attentive staff made corrections. The wonderful night life and easy walking to all things French Quarter made for full days. Aquarium a marvel. Loved being in a City really loved by the people. Ritz has a great spa you have access too.

Will use this hotel when back in New Orleans
This hotel is easy to find. Checking in was no problem and the valet service was excellent.. Rooms were very nice and roomy. Service was excellent. It’s close to every thing, and rarely did we need to get our car out of parking. The area is safe for walking.
Among many cafes and resturants, try the Palace Cafe on Canal and the Bon Ton on Magazine street

Location, Location, Location
This hotel was extremely convenient to all the things to see and do in the French Quarter. It was also clean, comfortable (we had a suite), with great customer service from all the staff, and fabulous jazz in the lounge. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to return to New Orleans.
Week-end brunch at Commanders Palace in the Garden District. The jazz comes to your table.
