Friendliest Service!
We have never experienced the level of friendly and gracious service that we had at the RIU Palace Aruba. The same staff was there sunup to sundown the five days we were there and to a person, were warm, friendly, happy, hard-working to meet our every need. Never seen anything like it! It was quite humbling. The hotel had a great variety of fun activities, great food and music. Our only negative was the lack of true nonsmoking rooms. People were allowed to smoke on our floor and between the lingering odor from the smoke, there was that sweet smell of cover-up! Yuck! I had to launder even the clothes we hadn’t worn and air out our suitcase when we got home.
Island jeep tours are a blast and very interesting. They would never pass US safety standards so proceed with caution.

loved it and would do it again
the staff was amazingly friendly. the hotel is most georgous. the courtsey of the staff members was great. the hotel was very clean. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone going to Aruba.

2nd time we stayed at Riu, love it!!! Beds are hard, you must ask for softner. Filet mignon and lobster are not too shabby!@!! Excellent food. Clean, beautiful beach and extremely relaxing.
