Not impressed
no air conditioning, steps in rooms you could trip on, pool not in use, maintenance needed, the worst hotel we stayed in the only good point was the meal I would not stay at this hotel of the hotel group again

Good location and extremely friendly service
The hotel is located right next to the main railway station and so was very convenient as I had a number of journeys to make during my short stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.
