Extremely good value for money

Can’t understand some negative reviews on here. The carpets were a bit worn but that would hardly ruin my holiday. The hotel interior is very stylish and the room I stayed in had everything I needed. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of excellent food.. No need for midday meal after that !. Hotel staff very helpful. Free daily newspapers (German only) and apples at reception.

Buy 3 day ticket for 12 euros for S-Bahn/U-Bahn unresticted travel in Munich Inner City area.

Not Impressed

The hotel is very dark and depressing when you enter. The carpet in the room was dirty. The bathroom was clean and well equiped, as well as the kitchen. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. As I got on, I rolled to one side, only to figure out that there was a closet door under the mattress for support (which was a lot smaller than the mattress). After I removed it, having to leave it in the middle of the room, the bed was very soft and offered poor support. I did not have a good rest. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly not go back.

Liked (not loved) it

Good hotel but a bit pricey (then again it was in the middle of Oktoberfest). Good location. Clean and secure. Just for the price they could have thrown in Internet and breakfast instead of charging outrageously high fees to add those on. Laundry room was nice and cheap, though.

Traveller's tip on local attractions

Very close to S-Bahn so very easy to get around.
