Little Pricey
Although so is everything in Calgary during the first week in July. Stampede week. It’s worth it though. One of my favorite cities on the planet.

Very Impressed
Upon arrival the staff was courteous and professional. That continued throughout my 5 day stay, no matter where I was in the hotel. I stayed in a room with two queen beds in the atrium part of the hotel. The room was quite accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. As this was a business trip, the large desk for a work area and the strong wireless internet connection was a plus. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay.

Expected so much more from Delta
Located just across the road from Wal-Mart and on what appeared to be a busy crossroads. Had trouble getting the heatng to work, so RICK the maintenance man, came along and spent an hour sorting it out. He’s a star of this hotel, I’m sure. Beds large and comfortable. Bathroom well laid out with good shower and marble effect dresser area. Had microwave, tv, fridge, radio alarm which all proved useful for the stay. Only real down side was the heating in the room. Unfortunately, these CAN’T be turned off, so blow constantly, can be a bit of a pain when you’re trying to doze off.
Make sure you use the pool for the kids. You need your room access key to gain entry, so it’s only going to be used by hotel guests. We left our eldest in there when possible. Only trouble is, we tended to take him down there and then return ’with’ the key once he had gained access. Don’t want the key losing or stealing.
