will not go back
have to admit that employees in receptions were nice however the entire motel rather ran dowm and our room was dirty with some insects motel very close to ramp to I 95

Less than Ideal
The staff at the hotel was not helpful they were rude and didn’t address the problems I had during my stay which included: lighting, ac not working effeciently, room service not providing service, not checking me in a timely manner, and other problems.

Needs Improvement
The hotel is in decent shape and the owners seem to try to make it nice and at a reasonable price. The people who stay there are what bring the place down. Some lady thought it was ok to swim with her dog in the swimming pool and got mad when the owner told her to get the dog out. It’s not a pond! The only problem I had with the place were the carpets. The carpets need cleaned so very badly! I had white socks on and they were black from walking on the carpet for 30 minutes. I would never allow a small child to stand on or play on the carpet. Very gross! Other than that the owners seem to be doing their best.
