Very good and well located with good access to all main sites of the city including shopping centers, restaurantes, museums, etc.

Secure but expensive
The hotel was extremely secure and you had a solid sense of security from being there. But compared to local prices the rates were definitely inflated for the tourist and business market. Also there were a lot of genuine taxes added on at the end - nothing unfair - but it should be in the price you pay up front.
