Victim of the Economy
Port Lucaya Yacht Club and Resort closed on 8/9/09, four days after checkout. Because of the impending closure, some amenities were closed and there was a good deal of disrepair and dusty furniture.
Traveller's tip on dining
"The After Deck" has great food, reasonable prices and a fantastic staff. "Zorbas" has a good, inexpensive breakfast, but only so-so Greek food (but Im spoiled, having lived in Astoria). "Pisces" has seafood curries to die for!

This Place Needs Work
The room was dingy and dirty with damaged walls, broken furniture, and nonworking TV (I repaired the cable connection, but the remote didnt work even after I put in fresh batteries). Personnel were very nice and service-oriented, but this property is in very bad shape.
