Pleased with the Hotel
Very nice hotel, clean , unpretentious.Always smiling people. Smack across from ST.George Medical School.Especially great for families who go there to see their children.Very reasonable rates.

Great location - great staff
Fantastic location on the Marina, great restaurant and bar, staff are very friendly and really make your stay the best there is ..... Rooms are good but the bonus is having a compact kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge which means making a quick lunch very easy. Fan and aircon keep it cool in all conditions. Resort wide wi-fi also a bonus for the techies We were there in rainy season so it would have been nice to have a brolly in the room.

Go to Sunday brunch at The Aquarium - stay for 7 hours and enjoy the food and ambience !

Excellent service from staff
I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the service enen before I arrived. I called to confirm my reservation as this was a last minute vacation for me.There was some confusion initally but Kishira the young lady that I was dealing with was extremly efficient and pleasant.She offered to check into problem and call me back...which she did promptly with solution.I must say this certainly removed any hesitation in my mind about what to expect.From the time I checked in to departure I recieved excellent service from all staff. The breakfast buffet was more than I anticipated and a pleasant surprise. A very nice place, I will certainly be returning. Keep it up True Blue Bay
