staff abscent on week ends
The first room the TV did not work, nobody to replace the unit so they moved us to another room. The second day we left for the whole day, came back, and the maid had turned off the AC so the rrom was very hot, and the cooking system is so slow that the room never got cool, a terrible night.

This hotel is in need of a renovation
I stayed when this was the Corinthia and it was fantastic.. it is in need of repair, furniture in lobby is worn, no fresh flowers, no coffee.. staff very unattentive.. Big problem with towels, hard to get some and did not change sheets until I asked several times after 5 days...
