Great Experience
Although it’s not on the water it is in a perfect central location on Plaza Massenna just a few blocks away from the sea. You can walk just about anywhere from there. The staff was terrific. The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We’ll stay there again.

Great location
The hotel was in a great spot for most of Nice’s attractions,it was clean and comfortable although I didn’t think it deserved a 4* rating, more a 2*

good location small room
hotel room was very very tiny, we chose the cheap room. Bigger rooms were available. It was in a great position and very close to shopping street. Room and decor in hotel was a bit dated.
beau rivage is the best private beach and the cafe on rue de paradis which is painted all black opposite facconable is an awesome spot for cocktails and people watching!
