fabulous hotel
Although we had to upgrade our room from superior as we felt it was small, our stay there was lovely the staff were helpful, the food was great, we felt we had good value for money

Better than I had expected!
It’s a good hotel, especially in Harbin. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Food in the restaurants was nice. Servers at the information counter were polite and helpful. They introduced a good taxi driver to us and made our stay in Harbin more pleasant. The only problem was people smoked everywhere, buy it seemed to be the same in all China!
Traveller's tip
If you go there in winter, warm clothing is a must! Snowcoats, waterproof gloves, scarves, boots and hats... you’ll need everything or become an ice bar!

Very good hotel
Very nice hotel with good location in Harbin. Excellent service. I strongly recommend that.
