Nice place, very convenient
The hotel was convenient to our daughter’s home. Very nice place to stay, the continental breakfast was good. The bed, however, was very hard and not very comfortable.

Nice quiet place
Room was great, good sized and clean. Hot tub was broken but pool was nice. Night staff and room staff were nice. Rude man at front desk during the day though. Overall a great visit for the price. would probably go back.

Good location but over-priced
I stayed here because of its proximity to the mountain I was going to hike the next day. While the hotel staff was friendly enough, they did not seem very organized. The check-in and check-out process were un-neccesarily drawn out and the breakfast was not ready at the designated time. The walls were paper thin and noise throughout the hotel was a constant distraction. I would only recommend this hotel to those looking to hike the nearby collegiate range mountains and prefer to stay in a hotel rather than camp as there are few other options in Buena Vista. If it were priced 75% less, I would expect these negatives and rate it higher.
