Poor Quality
First room I was allocated was cold, the window was open and the radiator did not work. The second room I was allocated was a smoking room and stank of cigarette smoke. Third room I was allocated was OK. I would not go back to this hotel for FREE!!!

Possibly short staffed because it was christmas day. Bed covers were soiled.
