Hotel in need of updating and general all over mainteinance
Local calls should be free or at least free calls to others hotels where friends maybe staying. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. Gardens were beautiful and well looked after. I felt safe staying there.

Awesome location,Hotel could be better.
The hotel has just been sold and was in need of a lot of upgrading. The staff are very friendly but are useless.Our room had problems with the air-con,tv,front door,toilet and stock of glasses.All this took days and many phone calls to fix.There was also many people complaining to reception about similiar problems. The setting is magical as the beach is one of the best in Grenada. I would recommend Grenada but sadly not this hotel.

Not Impressed
Hotel room not at standard expected. Room service and Bar service unbelievably slow. Telephone messaging service did not work. Laundry service not delivered as specified. Food mediocre. Gym not maintained - in need of serious oiling of equipment. One hour constructive feedback given to manager on departure - still awaiting a formal response from hotel.
