Good value
This is a basic hotel in an exclusive area of Double Bay. The addition of a refrigerator in the room and teamaking/coffeemaking facilities was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room was dark but adequate.

Decent hotel in an upmarket area!
Booked this hotel for four nights around New Years Eve and didn’t know what to expect. Had read some decent reviews so decided to take our chances because of the releatively low price at this time. Hotel was slap bang in the middle of an exclusive area! (Double Bay - also dubbed Double Pay) We had found a real gem of a hotel. Though the hotel was probably not of the standard of the surrounding area the rooms (superior room) were clean, comfortable and of a decent size. The staff were very helpful too. If you like to shop, Double Bay has some expensive and not so expensive shops to browse around and all around a 10 minute train journey into the centre of Sydney.
