The Hotel seems to be due for an updated decor a bit jaded
The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable.Eating and drinking in the hotel very expensive we were also charged £3 to park the car which I think was a bit off.Apart from the expense we did enjoy our stay and the staff were friendly and welcoming

Fantastic Staff - Great food
This Hilton has one of the best menus in any I have stayed in across Europe. The staff were hugly helpful and fixed any problem or issue instantly.
This hotel has great family rooms.

Good location: easy access to M5 J4
Good swimmimg pool; pleasant extensive parkland grounds; pagoda has simple seating allowing a bottle of wine to be enjoyed on a sunny evening before dinner; pleasant decking area adjoining the bar
Dinner discount was available at reception; the antipasto buffet is an excellent starter; cheese, biscuits and grapes exceeded expectations.
