Good Location
The hotel was in a good location. The Barn Owl Pub at the end of carpark with good food and the park & ride across the road which takes you into town

Good value no nonsense hotel
Spotlessly clean well maintained hotel that catered equally well for business or families on a break. Inclusive buffet breakfast was a bonus. Pub next to the hotel offered wide range of food and good kids menu if you don’t fancy the short drive into Exeter. Good location for getting easy access to routes to coast and Dartmoor. Would definitley stay again if we got the same room rate!
