Ok hotel for the money...
The continental breakfast was donuts - which the hotel staff had a hard time "replenishing". And had to pay a deposit for te hairdryer! But the A/C worked well, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Ask for another pillow if you sleep with two, and when my son got sick in the late night hours, the staff was very good to get us a new bedspread.

It fit the bill as a cheap hotel, but neither heat or AC worked so it was a little stuffy.
