Excellent hotel!
Couldnt fault our stay here. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Room service swift and room immaculate. Complimentary soft drinks in the minibar was a bonus too.
Really accommodating with children. Provide a kids pack with a map of london and stickers. Complimentary juices and water and room in fridge for milk etc was super.

Interesting Experience!
The hotel is a a little strange in that it doesn’t really have a reception, just staff with laptops - which took some getting used too! there are no signs for reception or concierge so if the staff don’t make it to you, you could assume there isn’t any... the lobby is a bit dark and foreboding, and whilst you might sit in other hotel lobbies and watch the world go by, this doesn’t happen here... the rooms were nice, but not overly fabulous - the remote didn’t work (twice), but was replace, and sink was blocked (but again sorted out quickly)... the plumbing is very noisy (that couldn’t be changed..) overall it was nice, but a bit sterile and austere... not sure i would stay again, unless i got a really good deal, as location is excellent!

An excellently located hotel which felt luxurious and extravagant but which was reasonably priced through Expedia.

Canteen in Spittlefields Market is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Well worth booking.
