Very Nice Hotel, no complaints would definetly stay here again
This Hotel had very comfortable beds. Staff was very hospitable. Would of liked breafast to be included, but none the less reasonably priced. Pool was clean and environment was kid friendly. Very close to the other Red Jacket Inn with the indoor water park and close to other restaurants and amenities such as Story Land.

Mini Weekend Vacation
Took this trip with our 3 kids under 7. Kids did not want to leave the hotel! We stayed in the family LOFT room. It made a HUGE difference from staying in a standard room with 2 queen beds. The kids loved the loft. Too cold to go in outdoor pool but it looked fine. There is shuffle board, playground, free mini golf (the mini golf is pretty lame but free and the kids liked it). Breakfast was good. We loved it! The front desk people were great and there were tons of kids around. Only drawbacks: 1. We had a room above an entrance and people were smoking at it so we smelled that at night. 2. There were advertisements for the Kahuna water park every where. That was a little bit of a problem due to 2 of our kids being under 48" and could not go. 3. Old Floral patterns, small tv with VCR. We would stay again definetly!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
See if there is a loft with a balcony. That is the only thing missing from our stay. don’t know if they have them though.

Family trip
Pluses: indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, nice outdoor playground. Staff was exceptionally friendly and nice-- everyone from front desk to housekeeping, etc. Kids enjoyed the loft room. Minuses: Breakfast is not included. Room was clean enough, I suppose, but not super-clean. Temperature in the loft is warmer than main room and it was a challenge to keep both comfortable. Also, the tickets for the indoor water park are expensive and the schedule is suboptimal. (Can’t start til 11 am on the day of purchase). We ended up skipping the indoor water park.
