Sound transmission between floors is unexceptable!
We chose this hotel because of the high rating on your web site. We were in a room on the ground floor and could hear what was probably the running and jumping of children on the floor above us. This made it very difficult to enjoy our stay in the hotel. Also, the layout of the hotel was such that people at the check in counter were directly in the entry path of guests. When eating breakfast in the area provided, an employee pushed a loaded dirty laundry cart down the aisle directly in front of the coffee station. Another complaint is the very loud exhaust fan in the toilet. I suggest you change your rating for this hotel.

Lovely hotel
This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in! It was clean, and our room was a "king suite," which had a sofa sleeper, a fridge, microwave, and a little bar area. We thought we had booked the king suite on Expedia, but when we checked in the front desk informed us we had only reserved a king standard room. Without question or hesitation, she upgraded us to the suite without charge! Great breakfast, would definitely stay here again.
