Good value for money
Hotel offered good value for money and the availability of cereals and fresh milk from reception made for a quick and easy start in the morning - I hope this idea catches on elsewere. What let the room down were the rotting wooden window frames which didn’t therefore seal the gaps when closed, providing negligable sound insulation - and this is a VERY noisy location. Would therefore only recommend it to people used to sleeping with a high degree of background noise.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Ask for a room on the back as this will be less noisy although I would imagine the background noise of M25 would be heard even there

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
My wife and I were visiting an ill cousin and aunt in Enfield and we were decorating for them. If we visit London it tends to be the Kensington four star hotels - we were very impressed with facilities and standard at the Days Inn.
