Problem
We had to change rooms during our stay when initially we were told that we would not need to do so. Misplaced shoes because of the move, were not recovered by housekeeping, or if they did find them, it was discarded.

Excellent hotel, met family vacation needs
My family enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean rooms. Our room was maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices to satisfy all tastes. The rooms are all smoke free and it was the first time we have stayed at a hotel that the room didn’t smell funny. All the staff we talked with were very friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee 24 hours. The exercise room as top notch with excellent brands. Excellent place to stay!!

Great room for the money
Very comfortable hotel. Neighborhood area is lovely. Nice room, great breakfast ! All in all a very good value, and would stay there again.
