Double Billing

As I said the last time, I was double billed when I stayed at the La Quinta. I didn’t know that Expedia would pay the hotel bill. When I checked in, they asked for my card and charged me for my stay. One of the hotel clerks said that this should not have happened and said he would fix it. He didn’t. When I checked out I was given a bill. I called Master Card when I returned home and they told me I was charged by both La Quinta and Expedia. Now I in the process of contesting the double charges.

Don’t book through Expedia, their rate for the hotel stay weas higher then La Quinta’s.

Needs Improvement

THE HOTEL NEEDS TO TRAY TO CLEAN THE SMELL TO SMOKE. DOESNT HAVE NO SMOKING ROOMS. THE BEST IS THAT IT HAS A GREAT LOCATION.
