Nice hotel - great location!
Very nice location in Kensington. Clean and well designed rooms. Very modern. Restaurant in hotel included breakfast with room rate (sit down, waiter service, order from a menu). However, we also had the pre-fixe dinner at the restaurant one night (5 courses w/ wine pairings) and the food was mediocre especially given the price. We had a much better experience in Banff two days before, so the bar was set high!

Great location, nice rooms, excellent breakfast
Had a three night stay at KRI and would have stayed longer if the hotel wasn’t all ready sold out. The King fireplace room was spacious including a great bathroom. Nice view out to the river. Funky laid back neighborhood with interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. A quick drive or cab to downtown or the university. Underground parking included. Staff were very helpful and the daily breakfasts were great! For the few minutes we saw the TV, the cable hook up wasn’t quite right, but other than that, the place was awesome. Definitely would stay again.

Great hotel
Really enjoyed our stay at the Kensington Riverside. Staff are friendly and helpful without being domineering. Design is really impressive and the rooms are great. I don’t normally bother writing reviews but I’ve made an exception for this place. Highly recommended!
