Good Location Disgraceful Room
The location of the hotel was good. We walked out the door and across the park and it is convenient to underground transportation. However, while breakfast was included, there was a 30 to 45 minute wait for a table each morning . Saving the worst for last, we were given the absolute worst hotel in the room. There were three rooms at the bottom of the hotel, just below ground level, involving two flights of steps below the reception area -- no elevator. One of those rooms - ours - had a window which was blocked by the hotel garbage bins. The hoise of the garbage going and the laundry coming and going made it impossible to sleep past the very early hours of the morning. That room should not be rented.

WORST HOTEL EVEN STAYED AT IN LONDON!
The room was falling apart with paint peeling off the walls and things coming apart in the bathroom. The full breakfast did not start until 7am so if you have an early appointment you miss out! As for the cost of using the phone - I was charged $53 for a five minute call which is mad!! Most hotels normally only charge $3.50 a minute which is bad enough. We were in shock as we checked out and recieved the bill that we walked out without questioning it at the time. LETTER OF COMPLAINT ON ITS WAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AT A NICER HOTEL.

If you want to wait 40 minutes to be seated for breakfast with nowhere to sit and wait this is the hotel for you!
