Not impressed
The hotel was good, except there was an insect on the wall. Also, partly my fault, but we got charged by the hotel for the room. My husband didn’t realize I had paid for the room thru Expedia.

Staff needs improvement
Hotel staff needs immproving. Front desk staff needs attention. When I arrived, an employee was slouched in a chair in the front hall. Perhaps a staff room could be added. Problems with the guest computer and printer were never addressed after the problem was pointed out. It only needed toner. Two days later it still needed toner.

Not Holiday Inn Quality
The staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was not very clean overall. There were boogers on the walls next to the bed. The room stunk. however the beds and pillows were comfortable. the tv was difficult to operate.
