Pet Policy
The listing says pets allowed but does not mention they require a $100 non-refundable payment for any pet. We were only staying one night and selected this property so we could bring our dog. Luckily, we had friends in the area who agreed to take our dog for that night. This is an excessive rate and should be more prominently announced.

I will stay again, but know what to expect...Read Review
The Hotel is "OK" but there is some age on the building. PROS: Plenty of parking, near food and gas. Full kitchen with full size microwave. Quiet. Everything worked in the room. Bed sleeps well, no pain from springs... linen was clean. I felt ok with walking barefoot on the carpet (unlike most hotel carpets). Price was great, around 100 a night. You can spend $30 more and stay in a more sophisticated room but it will lack the kitchen. Cons: Door to outside locks and requires a key...but sticks so be careful going in and out with coffee in your hand. The towels are not comfy, but a little old and worn. The kitchenette is helpful but the range is old and the eyes not level. Clean enough to stay three nights for me so its not all that bad. The TV is small. The pool is closed for winter (outdoor type). I didnt exercise this trip. Overall opinion...as expected for the price, would sacrafice and stay here again based on other options in the area.

great ammenities - not very clean
it was very comfortable and had great ammenities, espeicially for the price, but, they could do a much better job with the upkeep. i walked in my room to find a spider on the ceiling, blood stained sheets, and dirty-looking dingy towels. the bed was covered in two sheets an a "insulating" blanket - it didnt even have a comforter? which made for some chilly nights. well lit, but a little noisy - not a very sound proof room. the staff was great - very nice & helpful. its a very convenient location with a subway and bakery right across the parking lot - downtown louisville is right across the bridge - mall and movie theater is just a few miles away up 65N or, across town on 264E.
