very unhappy
asked for adjoining rooms: separated by at least 20 rooms; asked for a room with a balcony: got a room with a fence 6 feet tall covering the mechanical stuff on the roof top, absolutly no view and a continuous machinery noise that required the door be closed anyway

Excellent staff, very helpful
The room was as advertised, but the staff was very helpful. We had an auto emergency and had to stay an extra 2 days. The staff help us find a car deal and things to do to keep our child entertained. I would stay there again.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Don’t miss the Somona Cookhouse. It is close to the hotel, a quick drive over the bridge, and a real experience.
