Disappointing for four stars
I booked this hotel as it was four star and had air conditioning. The four stars are given on facilities, but don’t expect four star luxury. The rooms are superbly clean and the location is good for the exhibition centre but the rooms are also pretty basic, very hot (the air con isn’t turned on in early April) and opening the window proved really noisy with trams and traffic. A combination of hard bed, heat and noise did not provide a good nights sleep. Bathroom supplies are less than basic and no complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast and service are very good.
