Will definately use again
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,location was excellent and the suites were a very high standard. Will definately use them again when we return next year.

Lots of lovely restaurants along the southbank, minutes from the suites.

Convenient Apartment Hotel
I spent three nights at this hotel while on a business trip and found it very comfortable and conveniently located to downtown and South Bank. The rooms are basically apartments and are spacious and well equipped. I had a river view towards the city which was lovely and the large balcony was perfect for a breakfast or for a quiet glass of wine in the evening. All in all, a good value apartment hotel.

Spacious rooms and great location
I stayed at the Quay West Suites in Feb 2007 and was extremely satisfied with the hotel and staff. The location, on the river opposite the CBD, was only a few minutes walk into town and provided easy access to a variety of local attractions. My room was spacious (bigger than a standard one bed London apartment!) and had a nice balcony for catching the afternoon sun. My only negative comment, and it is a minor point, was that my balcony only had a view of the surrounding streets rather than the river / city.
Traveller's tip on dining
Although you are spoilt for choice in terms of local dining options, I found the ground floor cafe within the hotel did an awesome breakfast with excellent coffee.
