Worst BEDS
horrid- the beds were like a wood box. Teh elevator was broken the entire weekend and we were on the 3rd floor. the room never got cool enough. NO ICE machine or vending machine. Both washing machines were broken. Although the refridgerator/freezer has a ice maker- upon arrival i don’t want to wait 6 hours for ice. This was a miserable stay! Never again.

Sketchy at best...
No services offered, questionable cleanliness, and not very comortable. And even though we were in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, I could always smell smoke close by.

Would rather been Home INstead of this place
Late check in with very unfriendly staff member. Room keys did not work twice. Room was extremely hot (80) when we got in with AC having been turned off. Call to front desk said we could not be moved although they were not sold out. two hours before room temp. comfortable to sleep. Shower had not been properly cleaned with hair still on the walls. Very displeased
