There was no friger or minibar in the room. And the staff did’nt bring it, when we said we need it. Didin’t work jakuzzi near our room. But we liked pool and beach (good for snorkeling) and drinks at happy ours. We think rooms need renovation.

Friendly service, good location
This is my second visit (first was for business and we stayed in an Ocean View room - not as well equipped as last year’s Beach View and in need of some updating but comfortable enough for a 13 night stay. Room service could be anytime between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm which made undisturbed afternoons sometimes difficult. Hotel is right in own beach and has complimentary sun-beds and towels. A beach bar serves food and drink all day and the outdoor pool is large enough to swim in and has a swim-up bar - great for happy hour cocktails and food. Good choice for breakfasts and standard of food generally good albeit rather international. Willemstadt not too far away (car needed in Curacao). There is no courtesy service to and from the airport but as most will hire a car this is not a big problem. Probably stay there again.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Whilst the hotel has a PADI dive centre, other locations may be better to learn at/explore - I understand coral local to hotel is dead. Children’s activities are provided and were in no way obtrusive. Hotel beach great for swimming. Extensive gym facilities. If travelling to Cristoffel National Park, make sure hire car has a decent size engine - hills on south side of park are very steep and small cars won’t make them without air conditioning off and a good run at them in first gear.

Best Trip Ever
Overal the hotel is a Marriott. There was 1 better hotel close by but it didnt have ocean access.
The rooms have outdated TVs and cable service, no pay per view. The food was excellent for -All Inclusive-. The cab ride in to town is $12.00. Weather was awsome and locals were extremely nice.
