Wonderful
It was nice to have an apartment style large room with all the amenaties of a hotel! The staff was very friendly and informative! Very enjoyable! Nice location right off the Stone bridge and the board walk and walking distance into the Queensland Mall and inner city!

Recommended
The Medina is a lovely hotel. We stayed in a room with a view of the river which I would definately recommend. Location is good. It is about 10-15 minunute walk to the middle of Brisbane centre and approximately 10-15 minutes from the train station (Brunswick Street Station). The staff were very friendly and helpful and one night we ate in the hotel restaurant which was very nice.

Great hotel in convenient location
Hotel was very nice. I had a large room. It is close to the river so you can walk on the river each morning. You have to pay for internet access; it is not free. The hotel may be hard to get to by car.
