Not Bad for the Price
I actuaully live in Miami and was having work done on my house. I did not want to spend a lot of money and this hotel screened out well on Expedia. I stayed there for 11 nights and would have to say that I enjoyed it. All the rooms have balconies and I believe a view of the ocean, mine did. The hotel is directly on the beach in a great part of Sunny Isles and a great place to go for walks on the beach. Hotel is totally dated but for the price/location a good deal. The employees were all extremely friendly and competent. I would stay here again.

Kind of surprised!!!
I was kind of worried when we booked this hotel because of some of the reviews posted here, but it was not a bad experience at all. We booked this hotel for a little stay in miami after our vacations in orlando, to catch a little of sun and beach, in that way the hotel was wonderfull, rigth on the beach, calm, perfect to relax and really close to nice restaurants, pharmacies, and of course to aventura mall. The only things we didn’t find very good were that the hotel needs a little mantainance, the rooms and the corridors smelled smokey and old, and in the morning it was a little noisy but not a bad as I expected.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Theres is a Dollar rent a car in the hotel premises, so I highly recomend to rent a car if you want to go to south beach or shopping.

Economic place to stay
I’m very satisfied by the service, the cleannes and the price for stay was very economic. Good for families, but not microwave, so Ihad to warm my grand milk on the restaurant. The chairs are included, but the is limit of distance from the sand that you may use them.so it is better not to take chairs because is too far from the water that they allow you tu take them. Pool, jacussi need a good cleaness
Bring your own microwave if you are with kids.
