Nice Hotel for the Price
I’ve read the other reviews about this hotel but I stayed anyway. People need to understand that roaches are a fact of life in Alabama. You can’t escape them no matter how clean you are. The room was HUGE, very friendly staff. Had a few problems with the wireless internet, so bring a ethernet cable with you. But they were very accomodating. Good breakfast too. I’d stay again. So close to everything.

Filthy Hotel
If the roaches stopped crawling long enough for you to get some sleep, you still will not rest comfortably. The bathroom was filthy, the tub was dirty, one look at the carpet and you will not want to take your shoes off. The stinch from the air freshner mixed with the stuffy oder from room itself was very unpleasant. One look at the bed and there was no way we would take our clothes off to get between the sheets. While the linnen smelled OK, and we did not spot any vulgar stains on any of it, there was plenty of hair to go around. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
