Good hotel but distance from the subway
The hotel is very professional but one of those in which you have to pay for everything like web, breakfast, etc... That’s not unusual these days with 5 sta hotels but this hotel does not have a bus that takes people directly to the door. The hotel bus drops off at the bus terminal which is a little distance from the hotel. But the little secret is that you can get a free taxi voucher at the info desk at the bus terminal and the taxi ride is on the hotel. But this infomation is in small print on a sign at the terminal and hidden by the escalators. I remember lugging my baggage there last time I was there.

Great hotel
This is a really nice hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The location is good also; the hotel is directly connected to coex mall (gigantic indoor complex of restaurants, movie complex, shopping malls, aquarium, etc), the city airport terminal (where you can check in for your flight, have your immigration interview, and take a bus to the airport), and the subway. However, nearby Intercontinental Grand Hotel (about $20 more per night) has better access to them.

Comfortable but expensive
The room was very comfortable. In addition to the usual amenities, they provided two terry-towel robes and slippers for use. On the other hand, there was no iron and ironing board, and the Internet connection was very expensive. The gym and pool were very good, and they even have gym clothing and sneakers for your use (at no charge) if you need them. Food in the hotel restaurants was very expensive; it was much cheaper to eat in the adjoining COEX Mall. I got a good room rate from Expedia and feel I got good value for the money, but I wouldn’t have felt the same if I had been paying their published rate.
