Good Value, Good Place To Stay
Very clean hotel, quick and efficient front desk, next to Highland Mall and good restaurants. Easy access to Koenig Road / I-35 interchange. Will definitely stay here again with my wife.

Radisson Austin
First of all, the neighborhood is going down. Pretty empty shoping center. I have to park in the back of the hotel. Very few car there. Lighting and security may be (do not see any light, camera or any security during the time I search for a parking spot. Sunday mornig breakfast at the hotel. Buffet breakfast. Only one person act as host, server and bust boy. There was around 10 tables during our breakfast. During our eating, I see the cook come out and check the food once. The food are so so. Monday morning, we went down for breakfast. No one in the dining room. Knock on the kitchen door. No one come out. We have to go out to eat. Monday morning during my clean-up time. The light in the bath room went out. Luckily I have my night light in the plug and it came on. Or else it will be totally dark in that room. I am very disappointed for the quality of this hotel. I had a much better impression when I stay at Radisson in Dallas couple month earlier.

Deserves Another Visit
Hotel was attractive and comfortable. Biggest complaints were: (1) There was some kind of odor that lingered on my floor. I think there may have been some sewer problems. (2) The hotel restaurant was closed for 2 of the 4 days I stayed there. According to the front desk, they didn’t have enough guests there to make it worthwhile. What if a guest didn’t have a vehicle and was counting on the hotel for food? Very poor example of customer service. Don’t advertise a restaurant and then not make it available!
Italian chain restaurant Carraba’s close by. Excellent customer service and great food!
