Superb hotel and service
We only stayed for one night as we were flying out the next day but thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the rooms were a good size for NYC and the service from bellmen, checkin and concierge was first class. would definately stay again if i ever go back to NYC.

great location
first time at this hotel, been to new york 4 times and this was one of the best we`ve stayed in , bang in the middle of everything , on top of times sq , a couple of blocks from macys and empire state , 10 minutes from central park , reception is on the 21st floor , make sure you have the adress handy , some cab drivers dont know where it is , dont advise having breakfast at hotel tho , cheaper places on your doorstep , overall i would recommend this hotel big time

Great hotel
Hotel was very nice, in a great location and the room had an awesome view. It was expensive but it’s New York City, nothing is cheap.
