Mercury South Beach, not impressed
We arrived to discover our room reservation was a little messed up, but after getting it straighten out with numerous phone calls. The room was clean but very small. The pictures we saw gave the impression the room was much larger. We also discovered the supposed Shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not available. We had to beg the bus driver of a bus marked Mercury Hotel to drive us. He left us off with 8 blocks to walk to the hotel. We had to hire a cab to get back to the airport. The hotel wasn’t in the nicest part of South Beach, but we had easy access to the beach and with some walking enjoyed all South Beach had to offer. I loved South Beach, but would not stay at this hotel again.

Good location, average condition
The hotel was located where we wanted to be, and the lobby and pool area were nicely appointed. We were disappointed, however, to find the room less than sparkling clean. Furniture was dusty and the bathroom just wasn’t up to par. We would pobably return, based on location alone, but overall will give this hotel only an "average" rating.

Never Again
Way too many things to complaint about. The worst was either the mouse I had to capture and bring to the front desk or the mold on the ceiling vents!!
