Beyond what we expected
The staff was excellent. The room was extremely nice. We ate most of our meals in the hotel restaurant and they were always perfect with an excellent wait staff that was friendly and helpful.
Be sure to take one of the many hop-on-hop-off bus tours of the city. Well worth your time.

Great downtown location
Clean room, centrally located near the cruise terminal. Would definitely go back again.

A comfortable place to stay
This was my fourth stay at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle. It is in a very convenient location, not too far from Robson Street, and about a five minute walk to the Burrard Sky Train station. Some rooms are smaller than others, but they are all nicely furnished. It took me a little time to figure out how to use the pay machine for the parking garage, but it wasn’t too difficult. Great staff, very courteous and helpful. An insider tip: the rooms on the fifth floor have large patios. I’m planning on staying here for my next visit.
Traveller's tip on shopping
If you’re staying at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle and want to shop at a supermarket, take the Sky Train from Burrard station to Broadway station. It’s about an eight minute ride. There’s a Safeway market right next to Broadway station. In addition, there’s a Shoppers Drug Mart across from Broadway station.
