Great location, clean and quiet, but lobby was under construction
Everything was good, but the Lobby was under construction and breakfast got served in front of the elevator on level 3. Breakfast was very marginal but we understand, due to the work in the Hotel.

excellent location
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room (excellent ans spacious beds). The only complaint is that rollaway beds were not available for "double beds room" (???). Breakfast buffet is ok and service is excellent (Lynn was great). Parking is expensive as happened in everyplace in SFO

Tip: the hotel is 2 blocks from cable car station and very close to pier 39 and other Fishermans Warf attractions; walking distance to terminal of line F (electric-train) that cross all Market street (Union sq, shopping district, etc); You do not need to rent a car, buy the MUNI day or week pass and use practically all transport system in SFO.

Rooms with Elbow Room
This hotel was conveniently related for all of our "tourist" activities. We had adjoining rooms and for a family of 5 adults, we had ample room to move around without feeling like we were overcrowded. Rooms were clean and the staff was always helpful as far as suggestions, directions and even finding a scale to weigh our luggage.
