Excellent Hotel
From check-in to check-out, our experience was excellent to say the least. The front desk personnel assisted us with directions to various places we were going to, checked to see that everything was in order, and was very polite. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and we were surprised to be able to select from different types of pillows - needless to say, we have a fantastic night’s sleep. Had we been able to stay longer, I’m sure it would have been just as wonderful an experience. We both have decided we’ll be returning to Brownstone next time we head up to Raleigh!

Not a good experience
Hotel was not particularly clean but facilities were ok. My major complaint was the lack of staff mainly at the front desk and complete failure to address or even return a phone call concerning double billing my room charge.
