Beautiful hotel, sub par service
The hotel is beautiful. As far as asthetics and amenities go the hotel exceeded my expectations. We will definitely return. The service however, was somewhat dissappointing. It wasn’t terrible and it wasn’t great, it just was. The service in the Splash Restaurant was pretty poor. We arrived at opening and the hostess seemed put out at having to seat us. We had our one year old son with us and she nor anyone else offered to get us a high chair. My husband saw them in a corner of the room and went and grabbed one himself. We will go back but maybe we’ll try the Polaris restaurant next time.
