Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
Rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment! Hotel staff are very rude and unhelpful in particular the bell staff!

Nice
The Roosevelt is in a great location. The cozy queen is sufficient for settling in after a long day out site seeing. If you are looking for a big room to hang out in you should upgrade. The room was clean as were all of the common areas. We were glad to be on the fifth floor because it was quite a long wait for the elevator each morning. We used the stairs. No complaints overall.

Even though we weren’t in the room much, our request(x-tra towels,blow dryer) were well taken care of.
