Dreadful waste of money
Hotel billed as 5 star - perhaps it was 200 years ago but tiny dark rooms with crumbling ancient furniture, small hard bed, dire fabric wallpaper, dusty floors and woodwork and mediocre buffet breakfast should really be 2 star - staff ok but far too overpriced and not what i would expect for the money. Avoid.

verona can be done in half a day - very difficult to find genuine but reasonably cheap food.

Has to be the number one hotel in Verona!
I would stay here again and again. I plan to bring my family back to northern Italy, visit Verona and stay in the Baglioni.
