Perfect location!
This hotel is located few steps away from a big shopping center and the main roads, buses and trams, which makes getting somewhere so much easier. The room itself was spacious and clean, standard setting (double bed, desk, small table with 2 chairs). Bathroom with a bath and shower, no complaints there. Overall this may be a good place for business, shopping and leisure.
In the shopping center called ’Galaxy’ on the top flor there is a chain of restaurants. Don’t go to McDonalds or KFC, try some polish food, it’s great!

Funky Hotel With Excellent Sraff
I’ve Just arrived back from a two night stay at the Neptun & I must say I thought it was a super hotel. The Neptun is in an excellent position, in the centre of Szczecin, about a three minute walk from the drop off (& pick up) point of the mini bus from the airport. It’s next to a new shopping centre & close to a number of tram & bus stops. The one thing it has is character. My room was a good sized twin with modern furniture & a well equipped bathroom, complete with bath. The public areas still have a number of original 70’s fittings including, cork lined lifts & super funky light fittings in the restaurant. The breakfast was substantial, with a good selection of hot (excellent scrambled eggs) & cold items which were regularly replenished. All the staff were very friendly, helpful & professional & appeared genuinely pleased that you were staying there. There is some ‘improvement’ work going on at the moment, & while it didn’t intrude upon my comfort, does appear to involve giving the hotel a more modern, corporate (i.e. bland) look, hopefully they will keep all the stylistic bits that at the moment make it interesting. So if your want a good quality hotel with excellent staff & a cool retro-funky ambience, get there soon before it’s too late!

Nice and clean hotel for a short stay
Hotel Staff was all very helpful and all spoke good English. Overall, the hotel was a good value and I would recommend to others. I do, however have one significant complaint - There was no hot water (Only cold came through the faucet!) in the morning. When I called the front desk to see what the problem was, I was told the city was having a problem with their water system. Makes no sense to me, but then again, I’m not a Polish Plumber. Overall, I’d give it another try if I were in need of a hotel in this area.
